S2R CANCELLATION POLICY
At S2R HAIR STUDIO LLC., we cherish your time. We believe that your appointment time is very valuable. We hold the appointment time specifically for you, and if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask you to give us 24 hour notice.
All new guests must provide a credit card to hold an appointment, as well as lengthy color appointments. Guests who have previously not upheld the cancellation policy will also be required to provide a credit card to hold an appointment.
Any cancellations made less than 24 hours notice, will be charged 100% of the service(s).
No Shows will be charged 100% of service(s).

- *Less than 48 hours notice will require 100% full appointment value. Payments should be made by debit or credit card. This does not apply to loc installations.
- *Clients who cancel full day loc installations will be assessed a $750 loss of business fee for each day.

Appointments made within 24 hours, needing a cancellation (in the same day), must cancel 4 hours prior to the appointment time, otherwise 50% of the service(s) will be charged.
The cancellation policy allows us time to inform guests on our wait-list of any availability, and allows our team to adjust their schedule accordingly.
As a courtesy, S2R HAIR STUDIO LLC. will send out a reminder E-mail, and a text message 48hrs prior to your appointment to confirm. If Salon cannot reach you, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Smocks and capes are available for you to change into prior to color services to protect valuable clothing.
NEW CLIENT CONSULTATION
Our goal as hair professionals here at S2R HAIR STUDIO LLC. is to not only meet, but exceed the expectations of our clients.
To ensure that we as professionals can deliver optimal results each and every time, we require that first time customers, requesting a specialty service, first come in for a consultation appointment to meet with a stylist and discuss hair goals before scheduling the actual hair appointment.
We do this because hair can vary in length and density. So that we can best meet our clients’ needs, this 10-15 minute consultation before the actual appointment will help to set expectations as to what service is required, approximately how long the service will take, and approximately what it will cost.
A consultation does not assume that a particular service can or will be performed. In rare cases, if our stylist feels that a client’s expectations cannot be met, we reserve the right, in our professional position, to kindly refuse service.
Seating in our reception area is limited, therefore, we ask that you not bring company with you to your appointment. Our studio floor is reserved for clients receiving services. Non-appointed guests will not be allowed beyond the reception area.
NO CHILDREN under 13
We mean it. Please arrange childcare prior to your appointment. Clients arriving with young children will be asked to reschedule and charged a $25 cancellation fee.
A Valid credit/debit card is required to secure all reservations. Your card will be authorized when you book the appointment, and charged the day of your appointment. All online mobile app deposits are processed through an SSL secured portal.
We accept payment in the form of cash, credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).
Gratuity is greatly appreciated.
Deposits are non-refundable.
